| WEB CONFERENCING WAREHOUSE EXPANDS PRODUCT OFFERINGS AS SALES TRIPLE SINCE FIRST OF THE YEAR
Portland, Oregon July 23, 2003 The Web Conferencing Warehouse (WCW), a leading Web site (www.webconferencingwarehouse.com) that provides Web conferencing products, announced today that it has revamped it’s product offerings to extend beyond its “buy-the-minute” product purchases. New products include low-cost flat rate, unlimited usage Web conferencing services and powerful in-house Web conferencing servers. Launched in November 2002, the WCW has more than tripled its sales since the first of the year. “It’s not just the expansion of the Web conferencing industry that’s fueling our growth,” stated David Smith, co-founder of the WCW. “Most of our customers are experienced users who are searching for the same name-brand products without onerous set-up fees and high fixed-usage rates. We typically can save users more than 20% by purchasing by the minute, and provide them more responsive training to boot.” As customers’ usage rates increase, they are forced to consider the expensive set-up and fixed-fee contracts offered by the larger providers. In response, the WCW has researched products that enable users to keep their costs down while their usage goes up. The new flat-fee Web conferencing tool, StartVisuals, provides unlimited usage for up to 10 participants for just $159/month. And for companies requiring greater control, security and integration, the WCW now offers a full Web conferencing system that can be deployed on a company’s own server starting at $799. The WCW also features new Webcasting services for large, multimedia events supporting hundreds or thousands of live or on-demand viewers. “Our goal is to provide Web conferencing customers with the very best products for their application,” stated Linda Galland, WCW customer service manager. “If the product doesn’t perform well, we don’t get paid. Several customers have noted that our personal assistance in selecting from a broad range of products is a breath of fresh air compared to the hard-sell techniques of the software providers with just one product to push.” The Web Conferencing Warehouse provides one-click access to descriptions and feature lists of a variety of products for Web conferencing, audio conferencing, and Webcasting. The Web site offers a “guide” to help visitors choose the right Web conferencing product as well as personal selection assistance. Convenient Web-based order forms allow visitors to order their services online. Customers also can leverage the firm’s experience and best practices for online marketing seminars, sales meetings, channel communications, and customer support. “When an important sales meeting came up last year, I had to sign-up with the Web Conferencing Warehouse while on a ski trip,” stated Phillip Dolamor of ADSResponse in Plantation, Florida. “When I returned to the office, not only was the Web conference account set up, but they trained me and sat through my first presentation to make sure everything went right. I’ve been a Web conference believer ever since.” About The Web Conferencing Warehouse xxx Obidicut, the Web Seminarian, and the Web Conferencing Warehouse are trademarks of Obidicut LLC.
