Meet. Present. Demo. Live From Your Desktop
Web conferencing allows you to run live meetings, presentations and demonstrations with other people using only your Web browser, Internet connection and phone. Show PowerPoint presentations, share common office documents, tour Web sites, draw on a shared "white board", and even demonstrate and share applications remotely. Audio is typically provided using traditional audio conferencing services.
There are two types of Web conferences:
- Web Seminars: Web seminars are generally "one-to-many" presentations for applications such as marketing seminars, user groups, company meetings and training. One or more presenters -- regardless of location -- can deliver information to many hundreds of attendees, and control meeting flow and capabilities. Most information and interaction is planned in advance. Attendees have several specific means to ask questions and interact with presenters.
- Web Meetings: Web meetings are smaller and more collaborative than Web seminars, and are often "one-to-one" presentations. Sales meetings, customer reviews, collaborative design, media briefings and contract reviews are good examples of Web meetings. All attendees have the capability to present and interact with information, under the control of the meeting administrator. Information sourced from participants from around the Internet can be dynamically created, reviewed and modified.
As you can see, Web seminars and Web meetings have different requirements for control, interaction and reporting. Obidicut helps you choose the best Web conferencing platform for your specific needs, and we provide the dedicated focus, knowledge and resources to achieve your objectives.
